Pre-order reservation for Bulk Order

Email us to get a copy of an order form. Next, reply us with your confirmed order.

You will require to provide accurate address and phone number to receive your item. PrettyArtisan shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information given and no obligation to determine correct contact or shipping details.

You acknowledge and agree that PrettyArtisan may decline or delay reservation to avoid oversubscription orders, you will be informed before proceed with payments.

Payment

You will be charged the full Price of Products at the time of placing pre-orders. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Upon confirming pre-orders, terms and conditions are agreeable by you.

Cancellation

All cancellation of pre-orders are allowed within 24hours from time of payment. Please email to prettyartisan@hotmail.com or message us.

Delivery Schedule

Free shipping to Singapore. Items takes at least 7 days to reach you. For bulk orders above 30, please expect 2 weeks from date of purchase. 

Worldwide Shipping and delivery fee are chargeable according to locations for orders below SGD$100.
